1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with pikujobs. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days for a refund request.
2. Hub Asset Consumption
Refunds are exclusively available for unused Bolts within our Opportunity Fuel Packs. Once a Bolt has been utilized to architect a document within a specialized Hub (Science, Engineering, Management, Creative), it is considered consumed and non-refundable.
3. Eligibility for Synchronization
To be eligible for a refund of unused assets, you must:
- Request the sync-refund within 14 days of the original transaction.
- Maintain a positive, unused Bolt balance in your professional account.
- Provide an authoritative reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Subscription & Plans
pikujobs is primarily a Bolt-based workspace. Recurring professional subscriptions, where active, are subject to their specific promotional terms and can be managed via the professional dashboard.
